Infor M3 Functional Consultant

Location : Westchester, PA

Duration : Long Term

Infor M3 Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting the supply chain modules within the Infor M3 ERP system. This role involves working closely with clients/SME to

understand their business processes, configure the system to meet their needs, and provide ongoing support.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Implementation & Configuration:

Configure and customize Infor M3 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Order Management, Demand Planning, Logistics).

Ensure alignment of M3 solutions with business requirements.

Participate in system testing, UAT, and go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 3+ years of experience in Infor M3 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
2. Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, etc.).
3. Experience in Infor M3 configuration, implementation, and support.
4. Ability to troubleshoot system and process-related issues.
5. Strong communication skills for client interaction and training.
6. SQL, ION, or MEC knowledge preferred .
7. Experience with multi-site or global implementations & Infor Certification is a plus.
