JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Hybrid 1 to 2 days a week in Syracuse Office
  • Senior Product Strategist for our Digital Solutions team in New York (Syracuse/Brooklyn/Albany/Hicksville, Long Island NY)

Job Purpose:
  • The Senior Product Strategist is responsible for supporting the business and operations work stream within a multi-disciplinary digital product team structure.
  • They partner closely to execute several activities, such as identifying risky assumptions, building the value case, defining the future-state process vision, executing change management plans, etc.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support business capability assessment, design, alignment and road mapping for product line with cross-functional teams
  • Construct business case, including value projections and detailed investment estimate; ensure these are aligned with product definition
  • Track objectives and key results to assess benefit realization of products
  • Proactively identify riskiest assumptions and support product team in designing and executing experiments to increase confidence in business case assumptions
  • Support business/operation work stream team, participating in Agile sprints during full product roadmap
  • Define future-state operations solution (process, org change), including detailed current state-process and future-state process documentation
  • Support change mgmt. and product roll-out plan, with help from the change management team as needed
  • Implement marketing, sales, business development, user acquisition, and user support strategies
  • Provide support to product & technical workstreams (e.g., RFP support, stakeholder mgmt., value alignment, IT governance, IT PMO)
  • Support preparation of materials for key stakeholder readouts (e.g., Digital Board meetings) and regulatory engagements.
  • Supervisory/Interpersonal - Experience Required

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering or relevant field
