  • Share at least one design you've made (social media post / event poster, etc!)

Pickle is a rental marketplace that aims to monetize the billions of underutilized assets sitting in consumers closets and brands inventory. Users can easily tap into shared closets within their community through flexible and/or on-demand delivery options. Our goal is to provide affordable and convenient access to quality items exactly when our users need them. We are starting with P2P clothing/accessories and expanding to other categories.

We are looking for a GTM & Events Coordinator based in NYC to help bring Pickle to life across key cities - from NYC to new markets. This is a highly detail-oriented, fast-paced role focused on supporting go-to-market campaigns, organizing event execution, and making sure no ball gets dropped. You'll play a huge part in how Pickle shows up offline and IRL, from ensuring details are organized for creator dinners to coordinating weekly emails for new market launches to conducting outreach to potential partners - and keeping all of our outreach documented and organized.

Salary: $60-80K

Responsibilities

  • Create digital assets (in Canva) for events—invites, Partifuls, social graphics, etc
  • Write and schedule email comms for pre/post event outreach, cohort audiences, and track performance (open rate, click-throughs, RSVPs)
  • Own the event checklist—vendor coordination, supply orders, packing kits, and ensuring all moving pieces are handled
  • Keep GTM tools like Notion, Canva folders, vendor/contact lists, and supply trackers organized and up-to-date
  • Help coordinate materials and keep copy updated for GTM playbooks and marketing templates
  • Conduct post-event follow ups to close the loop on any new insights or opportunities—update influencer databases, send lookbooks, and conduct and track follow-up touchpoints
  • Research and identify new brands, communities, and creators in emerging markets and conduct outreach to help bring these to life

Requirements

You'll thrive in this role if...

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in events, marketing, partnerships, or operations
  • You're hyper-organized and detail-obsessed—you love a well-labeled folder, a master checklist, and a plan A/B/C
  • You're comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • You have a keen eye for design and can spin up aesthetic, on-brand event flyers quickly
  • You have strong written communication skills and can draft polished emails, invites, and follow-ups quickly
  • You're an active user of Canva, Notion, and Google Workspace
  • You take initiative and enjoy being the one who ensures everything runs smoothly
  • You're excited to work at an early-stage startup and scale something new
  • You have great taste and a sense of what resonates with fashion-forward, community-driven audiences

Bonus Points

  • You've worked at a startup during a period of growth or market expansion and understand what it's like to move really, really fast
  • You've planned influencer events, popups, brand activations, or community dinners
  • You have experience coordinating partnerships or outreach across different cities
  • You've worked with a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand targeting Gen Z or millennial audiences
  • You've dabbled in content creation or graphic design

Benefits

  • Work closely with the leadership team at a rapidly scaling startup
  • Help shape the way Pickle enters and grows in new markets
  • Exposure to GTM strategy and execution from the inside
  • Monthly Pickle rental credits
  • Professional development coaching
