About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer on a 1099 contract basis to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll brainstorm, conceptualize, and create new design campaigns for various platforms, including advertising, signage, websites, social media, and more. You’ll work with multiple design elements, ensuring consistency and cohesion across projects while maintaining brand integrity. What You’ll Do

  • Brainstorm and design new campaigns for print and digital distribution (e.g., advertising, signage, logos, brochures, social media, flyers, etc.).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design elements, including logos, fonts, and colors.
  • Provide creative input for projects such as website design, social media platforms, and video clips.
  • Ensure designs are accessible, adhering to 508 Accessibility Standards.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, manage multiple projects with varying timelines, and adjust designs based on new directions.
  • Edit images and design assets quickly and efficiently, applying current visual design trends.

Who You Are

  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, or related field preferred.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple design projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to react quickly to new information and directions, revising designs as necessary.
  • Knowledge of accessible design and how to apply it.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
