Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role will work closely with Marketing Directors and the extended marketing team to support a wide range of activities that fuel business growth and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Support
- Assist with the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Help gather and organize content for newsletters, social posts, and editorial calendars
- Support client programs and campaign activities with research, logistics, and scheduling
- Compile content and data into presentations for internal and external use
- Contribute to maintaining and organizing shared marketing content on intranet and shared drives
Event & Program Coordination
- Support the Events Manager with shipping, logistics, and on-site preparation tasks
- Help manage post-event surveys and follow-up activities
- Assist in tracking and managing marketing swag inventory and fulfillment via our swag store
Marketing Operations & Project Management
- Manage organization and tagging of our image library
- Assist in organizing marketing files and folders on Box and other shared platforms
- Help with event marketing expense tracking and report submissions
- Support the tracking and coordination of timelines for ongoing marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1 year of internship or relevant work experience in a marketing or communications environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with collaboration tools like Box, Asana, SharePoint, and Teams a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
