Overview:

We’re seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role will work closely with Marketing Directors and the extended marketing team to support a wide range of activities that fuel business growth and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Support

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Help gather and organize content for newsletters, social posts, and editorial calendars
  • Support client programs and campaign activities with research, logistics, and scheduling
  • Compile content and data into presentations for internal and external use
  • Contribute to maintaining and organizing shared marketing content on intranet and shared drives

Event & Program Coordination

  • Support the Events Manager with shipping, logistics, and on-site preparation tasks
  • Help manage post-event surveys and follow-up activities
  • Assist in tracking and managing marketing swag inventory and fulfillment via our swag store

Marketing Operations & Project Management

  • Manage organization and tagging of our image library
  • Assist in organizing marketing files and folders on Box and other shared platforms
  • Help with event marketing expense tracking and report submissions
  • Support the tracking and coordination of timelines for ongoing marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1 year of internship or relevant work experience in a marketing or communications environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with collaboration tools like Box, Asana, SharePoint, and Teams a plus
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
