We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to join our growing finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Operations Manager, you will support essential finance processes, including financial reporting, AR/AP management, and the implementation of automation initiatives. Your analytical skills and collaborative approach will significantly contribute to our financial operations as we expand globally.
Responsibilities:
Support Core Finance Processes:
- Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports.
- Help streamline AR and AP processes through detailed analysis and reporting.
- Manage internal reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Conduct external reconciliations and reporting for our partners and merchants.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Serve as a finance liaison supporting product, engineering, business, and compliance teams.
- Provide timely financial analyses to facilitate decision-making and business growth.
- Support continuous improvement of internal financial controls and processes.
Contribute to AI-powered Finance Automation:
- Assist in evaluating new automation tools for reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to enhance data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
Track Financial Performance:
- Monitor key financial metrics and support data-driven recommendations to optimize financial operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or finance operations.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in process improvement and automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial management software.

- Experience in payments, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
- Interest or experience in automation, data analytics, and AI applications within finance.
