Position Purpose
The Marketing Coordinator and Compliance Liaison position is responsible for serving as a key liaison between our creative, compliance, and marketing teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects, campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating both paid and organic marketing efforts, managing timelines, organizing assets, and ensuring that deliverables are met on schedule. This person will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, working across multiple platforms to help us engage and inspire our target audiences.
Job Responsibilities And Duties
High School Diploma or GED, or equitable on-the-job experience. Industry experience will be considered in combination with education. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Job Responsibilities And Duties
- Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and compliance teams to ensure all campaigns and assets align with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate the collection, approval, and organization of creative assets for campaigns, ensuring compliance requirements are met before launch. Marketing Coordinator and Compliance Liaison
- Monitor project timelines, provide regular updates, and ensure any project delays are communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize the Marketing project management tool, ensuring all team members are aligned on goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Provide organizational and logistical support for all marketing campaigns, from conception through execution.
- Help in the development and implementation of marketing materials, platforms, and content for both paid and organic leads, driving engagement and conversions.
- Contribute innovative and engaging ideas for digital platforms including social media, websites, email newsletters, and blog posts, with a focus on leveraging industry trends and data-driven insights.
- Support the creation and management of a content calendar for marketing initiatives, especially for social media, newsletters, and websites.
- Support in the development of project briefs for external vendors and partners, ensuring clear communication of expectations and objectives.
- Manage relationships with external creative and media partners to ensure timely and high- quality deliverables.
- Organize team meetings, create agendas, and distribute invites, ensuring all team members are aligned and prepared.
- Take the lead on managing the Marketing project management tool, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth execution of all Marketing- related activities and ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Perform and complete other tasks that may be assigned by Supervisor.

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Trello).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with compliance or legal teams is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-oriented educational environment.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and can multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism
- Persuasive and effective verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service in an educational setting.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as a collaborative team member and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills are required with proficiency in MS Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams. CampusNexus experience a plus.
- Ability and willingness to work outside of regular work shifts, including evenings and/or weekends as necessary or as requested by Supervisor.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and/or overnight for business purposes.
- Monday – Friday: Typically working hours between 9am-5pm EST
