- End-to-end Recruiting: Conduct market research, identify trends, and implement career pathways to increase applicant flow.
- Compliance: Maintain knowledge of best practices, regulations, and ensure compliance with legal requirements, including international mandates when applicable.
- Client/Business Support and Partnership: Provide guidance and tactical support to senior leadership, HR stakeholders, and business leaders regarding talent acquisition activities.
- Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Review recruitment metrics and KPIs to make data-informed decisions for improving hiring outcomes.
Required:
- 4 years of dedicated recruitment experience; degree not required
