As the Senior Director, you will lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives aligned with the client’s Vision, Mission, and Strategic Objectives. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, cultivating long-term client relationships, and advancing innovative solutions that promote growth and transformation. Based in Edison, NJ—with some work in Montvale, NJ—you’ll be a key member of the account’s Senior Leadership Team, collaborating across disciplines to shape the account's future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of programs and services, ensuring alignment with client strategy and business goals.

• Identify business challenges and translate them into scalable, innovative solutions and compelling proposals.

• Build strong partnerships with customer stakeholders; lead roadmap discussions, strategic planning, and governance activities.

• Drive portfolio delivery excellence across planning, resource management, and budgeting.

• Shape and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap, leveraging Microsoft Azure, DevSecOps, open-source platforms, and modern architectures.

• Manage the scoping, sizing, and execution of complex transformation programs, turning them into actionable strategies.

• Oversee program execution to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while managing risk and budget constraints.

• Champion change management practices, ensuring structured governance of evolving requirements and project scopes.

• Mentor and inspire cross-functional teams to perform at their best and grow professionally.

• Partner with pre-sales and sales teams to lead proposal development and new business initiatives.

• Ensure transparent communication across internal teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

• Promote a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in software consulting, delivery leadership, or strategic technology management.

• Proven success managing large, global delivery portfolios ($40M+), with distributed teams in onshore-offshore models.

• Strong experience working within financial services or audit sectors (preferred).

• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, Azure cloud services (especially Azure Data Lake & Synapse), and DevSecOps practices.

• Skilled in strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and complex problem-solving.

• Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives, with a solid grasp of regulatory and audit frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels, aligning IT initiatives with business outcomes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with client-facing roles at the executive level.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
