Hours: 40 hours per week, 7:30 a.m. 6:00 p.m. CDT
Training: On-site for 7-8 weeks, then hybrid 3/2 schedule

Job Summary:
Combined Insurance, a Client Company, is seeking a Worksite Representative to join our fast-paced, high-energy, growing company. We are proud of our tradition of success in the insurance industry for over 100 years. The Worksite Representative is often the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for addressing customer service concerns, inquiries, and activities. This role involves handling specific call types and completing requests in accordance with departmental guidelines and procedures, creating a positive customer experience through professionalism, amicability, and knowledge of Combined s products and systems.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Address customer service concerns and inquiries.
Policy Information: Provide detailed information about insurance policies.
Technical Troubleshooting: Assist with self-service related issues.
Claims Handling: Handle claim intake and support policyholders.
Performance: Consistently meet or exceed departmental standards for quality and KPIs.
Training: Participate in training and mentoring of Junior Representatives.
Additional Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned.
Shift Flexibility: Expected to work various shifts within the 7:30 a.m. 6:00 p.m. CDT timeframe.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in customer service.
- Education: High School required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way
