Role Overview

The Director of Coaching will own the strategy, execution, and evolution of Marek’s Coaching division. This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for building and scaling a world-class coaching program that translates clinical interventions into real-life transformation.

You will lead a team of performance coaches who support clients through behavior change, education, accountability, and goal execution. You are both a strategist and a builder—capable of leading people, developing systems, and driving results.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier coaches aligned with Marek’s performance philosophy
  • Build a leadership bench within the coaching team to support scale and specialization
  • Set and enforce cultural standards: accountability, integrity, high-performance coaching
  • Facilitate weekly 1:1s, team meetings, and continuous education with measurable outcomes

Program Strategy & Systems

  • Architect the full client coaching journey—from onboarding through transformation
  • Oversee curriculum, frameworks, and tracking systems across mindset, fitness, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle domains
  • Ensure protocols are evidence-informed, results-driven, and highly personalized
  • Build dashboards and metrics to track coaching impact, client success, and retention

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Collaborate with Clinical, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver seamless care
  • Work with Product and Tech teams to optimize coach workflows and automation
  • Partner with Marketing to showcase coaching wins, develop new offerings, and support content strategy
  • Lead quarterly reviews to assess gaps, opportunities, and operational improvements
