Performance & Development

  • Guide performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development
  • Support L&D and succession planning initiatives

Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure HR policies align with federal, state, and local laws
  • Partner with legal/HR teams on employment-related issues

  • Support compensation planning and benefits guidance

Data & Reporting
