Human Resources Business Partner
Job Title: HRBP
Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Hybrid: 3 days onsite
Pay: 140k
Key Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of HR experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and compliance
- Familiar with HRIS platforms (HiBob, Deel) and performance tools (like Lattice)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Working knowledge of multi-state labor laws
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
Your Role:
Strategic Support
- Advise managers on team structure, performance, and engagement
- Align HR strategies with broader business goals
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee issues and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
Performance & Development
- Guide performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development
- Support L&D and succession planning initiatives
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure HR policies align with federal, state, and local laws
- Partner with legal/HR teams on employment-related issues
Comp & Benefits
- Support compensation planning and benefits guidance
- Contribute to market benchmarking and salary reviews
Data & Reporting
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and track progress
