About The Role
We are looking for our first dedicated Social Media Manager! In this role, you will create and execute a social media strategy that enhances brand awareness and supports our business goals. You will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating compelling content, running paid ads, and reporting on key performance indicators. If you're data-driven, creative, and have a passion for social media, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate daily social media channels.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Create engaging content, including blogs, long-form articles, and social media posts.
- Run paid social ads on platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to produce compelling visual content.
- Build relationships with edtech thought leaders and brand champions.
- Monitor and report on social media KPIs, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging metrics.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management (preferably in SaaS or tech).
- Experience with multi-social posting platforms like Hootsuite, HubSpot, or Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools.
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create relevant, engaging content.
- General understanding of SEO and best practices.
- Experience with video editing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 (DOE).
