Job Overview:

Tiki seeks an Advertising Operations Specialist to manage the setup, delivery, and reporting of digital ad campaigns. This person will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless delivery. Your role involves collaborating with external clients and internal teams (sales, publishers, product, marketing), analyzing data, and utilizing ad tech tools to deliver campaigns effectively while maintaining client goals and budget constraints. This role will allow you to grow your digital ad experience into a larger role within our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup & Management: Traffic, schedule, and launch digital ad campaigns.
  • Ad Tag Implementation: Create, test, and ensure ad tags are tracking data correctly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, Cost, CPMs, CPCs and CPAs to assess campaign success.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and discrepancies.
  • Collaboration: Work with clients and internal teams (sales, product, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports for internal teams and for clients.
  • Ad Tech Tools: Utilize the Tiki proprietary ad server, and 3rd party ad servers like GCM, to to set up, deliver, and report on ad campaigns.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor campaign spending to ensure it aligns with the allocated budget and work with your team to make adjustments as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Review creative and ad placement setups, as well as conduct tests to ensure ads are rendering correctly and capture screenshots/videos.
  • Work with the publisher team to build placements & reporting, as well as support publisher billing
  • This position reports to the SVP of Demand and Operations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of media/agency experience
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Proficient skills in Google Campaign Manager 360 & Google Analytics
  • General understanding of customer service and client management
  • Able to multitask, perform efficiently and well under tight deadlines
  • Ideally experienced with 3rd party campaign measurement products like Adara, Sojern, Zartico, Arrivalist, Azira, IAS and DoubleVerify
  • Comprehensive understanding of running a campaign from start to finish, the importance of establishing KPIs, the different cost structures used, and working within a budget
  • Able to troubleshoot any tracking issues that come up before or during the launch of a campaign
  • Willing to take direction when needed, but also work independently
  • Desire to learn and grow in your role, as well as help your teammates
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to respond positively to peer criticism and feedback
  • Strong work ethic
  • Travel/tourism industry and SQL experience is a major plus
