The Construction Project Administrator will support project managers and construction teams with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and timely completion of projects. This position is critical to maintaining organization, communication, and efficiency throughout all stages of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, contracts, permits, and invoices.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, addressing inquiries and relaying updates.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of project milestones, budgets, and expenditures.
- Reporting: Compile and submit project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Procurement: Assist in ordering materials, equipment, and supplies for project needs.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and a valid, Florida Driver License required.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction or administrative roles is highly valued.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
