Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of data and analytics projects that support strategic business initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning cross-functional teams-including Business, IT, and Analytics-ensuring cohesive execution, transparency, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, communicator, and problem-solver, experienced in managing complex projects from inception through delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Leadership & Execution




  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics and business intelligence initiatives across the enterprise.




  • Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.




  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent alignment on goals, risks, and priorities.




Stakeholder Engagement




  • Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to gather and document requirements.




  • Define project scope, success metrics, and timelines in collaboration with key partners.




  • Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, facilitating ongoing communication and decision-making.




Project Management & Delivery Excellence




  • Oversee multiple data-focused projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget expectations.




  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.




  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks or roadblocks proactively.




Strategic Communication




  • Lead effective working sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder presentations.




  • Maintain transparent communication across project teams, leadership, and partners.




  • Represent the Data & Analytics team's vision, priorities, and progress in internal forums.




Resource & Budget Management




  • Assist with resource planning to ensure successful execution of initiatives.




  • Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasting needs and adjusting plans as necessary.






Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree a plus




  • 5+ years of experience managing data-driven and analytics projects




  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred




  • Strong understanding of data management, governance, and analytics best practices




  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and/or Python




  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence at all levels




  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills




  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high impact
