Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale, complex projects within highly regulated environments.
  • Develop and oversee project execution strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
  • Direct and mentor project staff and field teams to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee budget development, forecasting, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
  • Monitor project risk and compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 8-15+ years of project management experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry, with a strong focus on life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar projects in high-stakes environments.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and construction scheduling tools.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to develop staff.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with BIM coordination and integrated project delivery methods is a plus.
