Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale, complex projects within highly regulated environments.
- Develop and oversee project execution strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
- Direct and mentor project staff and field teams to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
- Oversee budget development, forecasting, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
- Monitor project risk and compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and client-specific requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 8-15+ years of project management experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry, with a strong focus on life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar projects in high-stakes environments.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and construction scheduling tools.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to develop staff.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and integrated project delivery methods is a plus.
