Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Acquisition
• Target and secure clients needing contract maintenance technicians in industries like manufacturing, facilities management, or logistics.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue goals.
• Pitch services, negotiate contracts, and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking and industry outreach.
2. Management of Automated Contract Hiring Website
• Oversee the hiring platform’s performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with IT to improve functionality for job postings, candidate matching, and contract management.
• Ensure clients and internal teams are trained on platform use to drive adoption.
3. Relationship Management
• Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with marketing to promote technician services and the hiring platform.
4. Strategic Planning & Reporting
• Develop business development plans with revenue forecasts.
• Report on sales and platform performance to leadership, using insights to refine strategies.
Accountability Metrics
1. Revenue Generation
• Achieve $1M in annual contract revenue from maintenance technician services.
• Close at least 3 new client contracts per quarter.
2. Hiring Platform Performance
• Ensure 80% of job postings result in a successful hire within 30 days.
• Maintain a client satisfaction score of 4.5/5 for platform usability (based on quarterly surveys).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in business development or sales, ideally in consulting or staffing.
• Proven track record of closing $1M+ in annual revenue.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or automated systems (e.g., hiring, CRM).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
