Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Framework, and MySQL.
Configure and manage applications hosted on Apache Tomcat to ensure peak performance.
Optimize backend code, database queries, and processes for enhanced performance and scalability.
Collaborate with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Mentor less experienced developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to database performance, application bugs, and system bottlenecks.
Create and maintain detailed documentation on system architecture, APIs, and database design.
Implement security best practices to safeguard application integrity and user data.
Monitor system performance and address production issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and MySQL.
Experience with Apache Tomcat and its configuration for high-performance applications.
Strong understanding of backend development and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, is a plus.
Knowledge of API development and integration.
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
