We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to join our Operational Support team in Manchester, New Hampshire. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals-both in-office and remote-to support talent placement initiatives and ensure seamless operations. Your contributions will play a vital role in facilitating candidate placements and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the Branch Director in overseeing administrative and operational tasks.
Manage employee onboarding and termination processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Prepare, distribute, and monitor the completion of candidate pre-placement and onboarding documents.
Maintain and update candidate information within internal database systems.
Oversee time sheet submissions, process payroll adjustments, and assist with candidate unemployment claims.
Review and submit invoices while adhering to established budgetary guidelines.
Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and postage requirements.
Coordinate project updates and reporting with the district team.
Support revenue-generating activities such as lead generation, job postings, and reporting.
Assist with candidate sourcing and resume reviews as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Strong administrative background with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Outlook for email coordination and scheduling.
Capability to create presentations using PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for liaising with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Knowledge of compliance standards and payroll processes is a plus.
