We are seeking a dedicated Support Project Manager/Lead to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial in the management and evolution of our key enterprise technology disciplines that support everyday business operations. The position involves as much engagement as it does coordinating and managing technology change. You will be working in a dynamic environment, where your responsibilities will include interacting with various stakeholders, including technical teams, architects, service management, HR, and Real Estate. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across different departments to gain a comprehensive view of the technology experience.
Coordinate and manage technology change initiatives while focusing on the overall experience outcome.
Participate in the development of the roadmap and schedule of change of the wider Portfolio team.
Manage and evolve the key enterprise technology disciplines, including Strategy & Technology Change, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Technology, Customer Technology, Technology Operations, and Information Security.
Create integrated improvement roadmaps, schedules, and delivery plans.
Establish and develop relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
Ensure adherence to best practices in change management and contract management.
Oversee technology operations, including network infrastructure, internet, video conferencing, and laptop hardware.
Utilize Microsoft and Microsoft Azure tools in day-to-day tasks.
Ensure the security of information and maintain accurate customer credit records.
Requirements
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Support Project Manager/Lead.
Proficiency in Contract Management is essential.
The candidate should have strong skills in Microsoft tools and applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is a must.
The candidate should have a working knowledge of Best Practices in the relevant field.
The role requires strong skills in Change Management.
Internet proficiency is a necessary requirement for this role.
The candidate should have a solid understanding of Network Infrastructure.
Experience in managing Network Printers is highly desirable.
The candidate must be adept at handling Video Conferencing tools and equipment.
