Real Estate Paralegal
Well-known, national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for their Dallas office, supporting various attorneys to join their team! Must have prior commercial real estate as well as title and survey experience!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as leases, contracts, deeds, title and survey, etc.
- Conducting title searches, due diligence, and researching property records.
- Serving as liaison between clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
- Assist with coordination and execution of real estate closings, preparing checklists, managing documents, etc.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated individual who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented working environment.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documents and transactions.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of commercial real estate law, contracts, and compliance.
- Law firm experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Must have 4+ years of commercial real estate experience within a law firm.
- One of the following criteria is strongly preferred: Bachelor’s Degree; Paralegal Certificate or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies; or Certified Legal Assistant.
- Title and survey experience is required!
