Well-known, national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for their Dallas office, supporting various attorneys to join their team! Must have prior commercial real estate as well as title and survey experience!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as leases, contracts, deeds, title and survey, etc.
  • Conducting title searches, due diligence, and researching property records.
  • Serving as liaison between clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Assist with coordination and execution of real estate closings, preparing checklists, managing documents, etc.
  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated individual who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented working environment.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documents and transactions.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate law, contracts, and compliance.
  • Law firm experience preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 4+ years of commercial real estate experience within a law firm.
  • One of the following criteria is strongly preferred: Bachelor’s Degree; Paralegal Certificate or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies; or Certified Legal Assistant.
  • Title and survey experience is required!
