What You'll Do
- Audit and process employee expense reports via SAP Concur, ensuring alignment with internal T&E policies and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Review various expense types for accuracy, policy adherence, and proper documentation.
- Identify non-compliant trends or discrepancies, escalating where needed.
- Review and reconcile HCP-related expenses, ensuring manual sign-in sheets match up with attendee lists and regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Finance, SAP Concur Audit, and other teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
- Support internal and external audit requests by maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
What You Bring
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in expense auditing, accounts payable, or finance operations.
- Familiarity with SAP Concur or other expense management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret handwritten or inconsistent documentation.
- Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Excellent written communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HCP expense auditing or compliance-sensitive expense reporting.
- Familiarity with the Sunshine Act or similar healthcare regulations.
- Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments.
- Understanding of internal audit best practices and documentation requirements.
