What You Will Do
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a strategic administrative partner, demonstrating strong C-level task management, prioritization, planning, and executive assistant expertise. You will provide high-level executive support while also contributing to operations by managing everything from event planning, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting documentation to providing a variety of other critical support services for executive leaders.

This role requires exceptional business acumen, technical proficiency, and the ability to anticipate and proactively solve challenges. You will work across teams, optimize executive efficiency, and act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

How You Will Do It
Project Management & Strategic Support

  • Act as an administrative partner to the CEO, proactively identifying priorities, roadblocks, and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Manage and track key initiatives, creating actionable insights, dashboards, and reports.
  • Prepare executive presentations, memos, and strategic materials while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Oversee budget administration, expense reports, and calendar management for key executives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, monitor progress, identify risks, and coordinate teams to achieve goals.
  • Identify potential organizational risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Foster collaboration within the executive team, supporting leadership development.
  • Gather data, conduct analysis, and present options to the CEO for informed decision-making
Travel & Event Planning
  • Prioritize and manage the CEO’s schedule to maximize productivity and impact.
  • Coordinate complex travel logistics, ensuring seamless execution with internal and external partners.
  • Lead planning and execution of executive offsites and high-impact meetings.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and external partners.
  • Facilitate communication, ensuring executive priorities are executed efficiently.
  • Represent the Office of the CEO in meetings as necessary.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of executive support experience OR 10+ years of combined education and experience.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
  • Tech-savvy mindset, with proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Microsoft 365, Power BI).
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.

  • Exceptional discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
  • Occasional travel in support of key company events.
