  • Assist in the development and implementation of the divisions CI Program throughout the network.
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives and guide project team leaders on Kaizen facilitation, waste identification, and root cause analysis.
  • Provide lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement training to all levels and departments.
  • Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence throughout the division.
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact improvement opportunities, delivering sustainable cost-saving initiatives.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Benefit quantification and tracking program cost savings.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Minimum three years of CI Program facilitation experience.
  • Hands on Lean manufacturing and Lean deployment experience.
