- Assist in the development and implementation of the divisions CI Program throughout the network.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives and guide project team leaders on Kaizen facilitation, waste identification, and root cause analysis.
- Provide lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement training to all levels and departments.
- Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence throughout the division.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact improvement opportunities, delivering sustainable cost-saving initiatives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Benefit quantification and tracking program cost savings.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Minimum three years of CI Program facilitation experience.
- Hands on Lean manufacturing and Lean deployment experience.
