Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day project management support
Create and maintain documentation, including daily, weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly status reports, project plans, meeting minutes, and risk/issue logs
Conduct activity and resource planning
Identify project risks and issues and assist with mitigation strategies
Monitor project processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with timelines and objectives
Perform cost/benefit analyses
Document project specifications and track requirements
Evaluate and improve project processes continuously
Offer operational support as needed to meet organizational workload demands
Mandatory Qualifications:
10+ years of professional project management experience supporting agile technical projects
2+ years of experience delivering government projects
Skilled in presenting information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in identifying and managing project risks and issues
Proven ability to analyze project performance and recommend improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with JIRA
PMI-PMP certification or equivalent
Experience building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
