OP is currently seeking a skilled Data Integration Lead to drive end-to-end data integration strategies across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with ETL design and development (Informatica preferred) and hands-on knowledge of data governance using Collibra. This role is key in ensuring seamless data flows, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter/Cloud.
- Collaborate with data architects and business teams to integrate data from various source systems (on-prem and cloud).
- Drive data governance efforts by implementing Collibra workflows for metadata management, data lineage, and stewardship.
- Create and maintain data models, technical mappings, and source-to-target documentation.
- Define and enforce data integration standards and best practices.
- Monitor data quality and resolve issues related to data movement, transformation, and integrity.
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements via Collibra catalogs and lineage reports.
- Mentor junior data engineers and coordinate with offshore teams.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years in data integration, ETL design, and data architecture.
- Strong proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, or similar ETL tools.
- Working experience with Collibra for data cataloging, metadata management, and stewardship workflows.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills (logical/physical models).
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality metrics, and data privacy practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and lead discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Collibra Ranger Certification or other Collibra training.
- Knowledge of data lineage tools, REST APIs, or data fabric architecture is a plus.
