Functionize is the world’s most advanced Agentic Test Automation Platform. We’re helping Fortune 500 enterprises accelerate software delivery by using AI test agents that learn, adapt, and scale — replacing brittle scripts with resilient automation. From Salesforce to Workday to modern web stacks, we’re making software testing faster, smarter, and more impactful. Backed by leading investors and fueled by innovation, we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a builder to lead the charge in product education.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can help us tell that story — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, translates technical complexity into compelling messaging, and is excited to shape a category in the making. This is an individual contributor role today, with the opportunity to grow into leadership as we scale. You’ll define what great looks like — not just executing, but owning every piece of our product marketing function.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the narrative. Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Functionize in the market and resonate with technical buyers.
  • Enable the field. Build compelling sales collateral, competitive battlecards, one-pagers, and use-case-based decks that help drive revenue.
  • Drive launches and strategy. Lead cross-functional product launches and ongoing GTM initiatives — from strategy to execution.
  • Be the voice of the customer. Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and market research to inform product direction and messaging.
  • Fuel campaigns. Partner with demand gen to create content and programs that drive awareness and pipeline — including blogs, webinars, and email nurtures.
  • Support the funnel. Work closely with sales and customer success to improve conversion at every stage of the buyer journey.
  • Own packaging and pricing. Lead strategy and execution for how products are packaged and priced to align with customer needs and drive growth.
  • Tell technical stories. Translate deep product functionality into benefits-based narratives across a variety of channels (website, datasheets, whitepapers, etc.).

What You Bring

  • 8–10 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2+ years at a startup or high-growth tech company.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g. DevOps, QA, Engineers) and/or in the AI, automation, or testing space.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and explain complex products.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills — you know how to make the technical feel human and relatable.
  • Proven experience leading successful product launches and GTM strategies.
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and proactive approach — you're just as comfortable strategizing as you are rolling up your sleeves.
  • Domain experience in test automation, developer tools, AI/ML platforms, or related technologies (preferred)

If you’re excited to build a product marketing function from the ground up, thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments, and want to shape the story of an AI-powered platform transforming QA and DevOps, we’d love to hear from you.
