Position: Senior EUC Computing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior EUC (End-User Computing) Manager to lead and manage enterprise-level desktop and laptop services in a services-based organization. The role involves overseeing the supply chain management (SCM) of end-user devices, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless IT support for end-user computing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, vendor management experience, and expertise in IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-User Computing Management: Oversee and manage the desktop and laptop environment, ensuring efficient deployment, maintenance, and support.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the SCM team to manage inventory, procurement, and distribution of end-user computing devices.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support services.
  • IT Service Delivery: Ensure adherence to SLAs and ITIL processes to deliver high-quality EUC services.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT security policies, software licensing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve EUC processes, automation, and service efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal IT teams, procurement, and business units to optimize EUC solutions.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Monitor and resolve issues related to end-user devices, working closely with IT support teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in EUC management, IT service delivery, or IT operations.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, OS (Windows/macOS), software deployment, and endpoint security.
  • Experience in vendor management and procurement coordination.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in a services-based company is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions, SCCM, and endpoint management tools.
  • Understanding of cloud-based EUC solutions (VDI, DaaS, etc.).
  • Experience in asset lifecycle management and cost optimization for EUC.
