5-10 years of IT project management experience
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
Familiarity with IT project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira)
Experience with document management, SharePoint, Office 365, or Windows migration projects is a strong plus
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification is a plus
