Job Title: Oracle MDM

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Long Term

POSITION SUMMARY

The role of the Master Data Specialist is to support the Project Management team with data integrity within various systems, maintaining Project Data Master for cross-functional partners to successfully bring innovative and high-quality products to market that align with strategic objectives and contribute to client success. The Master Data Specialist will support projects from kick-off through launch, keeping data integrity to support cross-functional partner's needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain data integrity within various systems, including but not limited to: Oracle and Weber Program.
  • Partner with Project Managers to gather detailed specifications for new products or product change in a documented system (current: PCN). Make necessary adjustments to various systems to accommodate changes and challenges.
  • Input project (product and packaging) details into ERP (Oracle) system within a quick turnaround, able to juggle multiple projects seasonally across 4 major categories.
  • Manage status of Finished Good, Component, Phantom, Sub-Assembly through SKURAT process
  • Coordinating and implementing ECO (Engineering Change Orders)
  • Build templates for data loading mass amounts of changes, ex. Material Breakdowns
  • Provide data roll-up to cross-functional teams: Item Master File, ECO (Engineering Change Order) report, PCN (Product Change Notice) report. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
  • Assess and determine missing information within Finished Goods, Components, Phantom, Sub-Assemblies, work with cross functional partners to obtain missing information and fill in those gaps.
  • Clear, concise communication with Project Managers to ensure data integrity and project support.
  • Support launch of new process and project management tools across departments to create streamlined organization and communication.
  • Assist in integrations of new systems and/or acquisitions, assuring a smooth transition of data; may require back filling prior to integration or clean-up of existing integrations.
  • Maintain project documentation in one clear location (Sharepoint) SOP, PCN, UPC/GTIN
  • Provide regular status updates to Director of Project Management, ensuring any high-risk issues are communicated.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, computer science or other relevant field
  • Proven record of Data Integrity, attention to detail
  • Expert level knowledge of ERP System (Oracle)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications high level excel
  • Expert level knowledge of Project Management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize conflicting requirements.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset in staying curious, continuously learning, embracing challenges and improving themselves.
