Job Title: Global Quality assurance engineer

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Quality Assurance Engineer to support global manufacturing locations and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will help manage customer complaints, implement quality management systems, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality assurance efforts across multiple international sites.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution through root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean tools.
  • Support global implementation of quality systems and standards (ISO, ASME, PED, CRN, etc.).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.
  • Provide training and support in quality tools and systems.
  • Conduct audits and support compliance with international quality regulations and certifications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and related standards.
  • Experience with root cause analysis tools such as 8D, Fishbone, or 5 Whys.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, process validation, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel globally (10-15%).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Six Sigma, ASQ CQE, or similar.
  • Experience in foundry or casting environment.
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
