Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Production Planning & Quality Management Consultant to join our team. This role requires hands-on expertise in SAP ECC with a strong focus on Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and a solid background in the manufacturing or Aerospace & Defense industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
- Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation in Production Planning/Quality Management.
- Background in manufacturing or Aerospace & Defense industry.
- Strong understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), IBP (Integrated Business Planning), and forecasting methodologies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and configure business transactions within SAP ECC, specifically in the Production Planning and Quality Management modules.
- Analyze, design, and test enhancements to both new and existing SAP applications.
- Engage directly with business users to understand requirements, communicate capabilities, and build a backlog of opportunities.
- Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks related to assigned tasks or project deliverables.
- Design system specifications and interfaces to integrate SAP with ERP, MES, and PLM systems.
- Develop applications in alignment with both functional and technical standards.
- Provide support for deployment of application releases into production environments.
- Create comprehensive operational and technical documentation.
- Deliver on assigned service commitments and proactively communicate work status.
- Collaborate closely with other IT teams and service providers to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Bell s business units and customers.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues with efficiency and minimal disruption.
