  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least six years of talent acquisition experience, including at least two years within a law firm setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an exceptional work ethic and detail-oriented approach.
  • Terrific leader who can think strategically and develop relationships with key internal and external parties.
  • Strong understanding of attorneys, law firms, and the legal recruiting market.
