Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with Agency business analysts to lead requirements gathering and documentation efforts, coordinate and conduct product demos for customers, develop test scripts, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and create user training materials. Your expertise in business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder communication will be crucial to the success of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Agency business analysts to lead and facilitate the comprehensive gathering and documentation of project requirements.
- Take charge of coordinating and executing engaging product demonstration sessions for customers, adhering to the project’s methodology and schedule.
- Craft precise test scripts to ensure that the developed solutions align with specified requirements and standards.
- Lead the facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by overseeing testing activities, capturing defects, and effectively prioritizing and managing their resolution.
- Develop user training materials that empower end-users to confidently utilize implemented solutions, including user guides, training manuals, and presentations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience in a Business Analyst role, with a proven track record of leading requirements gathering, testing, and user training efforts.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate and facilitate compelling product demos for various audiences.
- Proficiency in creating comprehensive test scripts and managing the entire User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle.
- Skilled in developing user-centric training materials that facilitate effective end-user adoption
