  • Drive a culture of experimentation, craft, and purpose within the creative department
  • Build strong client relationships, providing thought leadership and confidently presenting bold work that challenges the brief
  • Stay ahead of trends in culture, technology, and design to push creative boundaries

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of agency or in-house creative experience, with at least 4+ years in a creative leadership role
  • A hands-on creative with an award-winning portfolio of integrated campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital-first ideas
  • A natural leader and collaborator who uplifts others and builds inclusive creative environments
  • Comfortable navigating the business side of creativity—budgeting, timelines, client expectations
  • A strategic thinker who can distill complex problems into powerful creative platforms
  • Passionate about culture, design, and the evolving media landscape
