Application Trainer

Our client, a nationally recognized university, is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Application Trainer to empower students, faculty, and staff in effectively utilizing key digital tools that support teaching, learning, and administrative success. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering Microsoft application training, with additional expertise in Adobe and Canvas platforms considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtual on core productivity and collaboration tools.
- Develop user-friendly guides, tutorials, and learning resources tailored to students, faculty, and staff.
- Provide hands-on support and workshops for:
- Microsoft 365 applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Loop, and Copilot.
- Adobe tools: (e.g., Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Canvas LMS: Navigating the platform, course creation, and user management.
- Assess learning needs and tailor training accordingly across different user groups.
- Collaborate with IT, Academic Affairs, and other departments to promote digital literacy initiatives.
- Stay updated on application updates, new features, and best practices to continuously evolve training content.
