Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Process Engineer located in Newark, CA. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Daily tasks include monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and qualification of new equipment and processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in process optimization, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
  • Experience with production monitoring and quality control techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in manufacturing engineering
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
