Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid – In-person & Remote)
Compensation: $18/hour | Part-Time (15–20 hours/week)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic nonprofit foundation and multi-faceted wellness brand. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, resourceful, and deeply committed to helping others stay organized, focused, and aligned. You’ll play a key part in helping our executive operate efficiently across both professional and personal life.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize and manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and priorities
Maintain to-do lists and set reminders for both personal and professional tasks
Use apps like Motion, Google Calendar, Trello/Asana, and others to organize workflow
Schedule meetings, handle follow-ups, and manage time blocks effectively
Organize files, documents, and communications to ensure a seamless day-to-day
Coordinate personal tasks including appointments, errands, and occasional travel
Assist in maintaining structure across multiple ongoing projects and teams
Provide weekly check-ins, planning sessions, and progress tracking
Respect confidentiality and anticipate needs before they arise
Ideal Candidate
Exceptionally organized and a natural planner
Familiar with digital productivity tools (Motion, Google Workspace, calendar apps)
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Able to handle shifting priorities with calm and grace
Positive, intuitive, and solutions-oriented
Experience supporting executives, creatives, or entrepreneurs preferred
Lives in Columbia, SC or nearby (preferred for occasional in-person coordination)
