Job Summary
The Director of Education is responsible for all education related programs and services in support of the LPGA Professionals Members. The Director of Education will coordinate with all necessary constituencies, both internal and external, to optimize educational related benefits of membership for the Professional Members.

Job Summary
The Director of Education is responsible for all education related programs and services in support of the LPGA Professionals Members. The Director of Education will coordinate with all necessary constituencies, both internal and external, to optimize educational related benefits of membership for the Professional Members.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Program Development and Strategy:
- Work closely with the Chief Teaching Officer, Executive Committee and Professional Oversite Committee to set and execute Professionals education strategy.
- Oversee the Teacher Education Programs (TEP) schedule, administration, and Instructor training.
- Direct International education expansion efforts.
- Design and oversee innovative educational content and delivery methods that support continuous learning for members at all levels.
- Identify and develop new learning opportunities including webinars, workshops, and online courses.
- Regularly assess educational needs of members, staying informed on trends and emerging topics within the field.
- Work with the Education Committee to plan and implement updates to the TEP and testing materials.
- Direct LPGA Professionals continuing education related programs, events, and conferences.
- Manage all education related systems and processes for the LPGA Professionals.
- Deliver materials and programming in the most cost-effective manner possible, while maintaining organizational standards of excellence.
- Utilize technology to enhance educational offerings, including learning management systems (LMS), virtual platforms, and multimedia tools.
- Oversee all Membership inquiries to grow membership base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to understand their professional development needs.
- Provide guidance and support to members in utilizing educational resources and assist with any related inquiries.
- Lead and manage a team of educational staff, contractors, Committee members and volunteers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of programs.
- Work with the Manager of Education to execute and maintain testing/evaluation processes and standards.
- Coordinate with the Professionals Asia office on operations, education programs and all member services.
- Work with the Manager of Education to manage the Master Professional program
- Collaborate with marketing, membership, and other internal teams to promote educational offerings and increase member participation.
- Responsible for all education related department budgeting and reconciliation.
- Develop metrics and methods for assessing the effectiveness of educational programs.
- Regularly review feedback from members and other stakeholders to make data-driven improvements to existing programs.
- Stay informed about best practices in adult education, professional development, and industry trends to continuously enhance the organization's educational offerings.
- College degree required.
- Knowledge of golf is required.
- Proficient knowledge of golf education and theory required.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices in education and professional development is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to develop and manage a budget.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written skills - communication within the organization and throughout the LPGA Professionals membership is essential.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to work within a team environment.
- A team player who embraces and celebrates the synergy of a diverse team.
