About The Role

Boldin is looking for a Social Media & Video Specialist to drive our content strategy across social platforms and YouTube. This hybrid role blends social media management, content creation, and video production to engage our audience with high-quality content. If you're passionate about personal finance, self-improvement, and video production, and have a proven track record of growing brands through social media, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Content Execution: Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Boldin’s brand and marketing goals. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, and written posts) for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Video Production & YouTube Growth: Produce and edit engaging videos for YouTube and social media, including tutorials, explainer videos, and thought leadership content. Implement YouTube SEO best practices and monitor video performance metrics.
  • Performance Tracking & Growth Optimization: Track and report on key social media and video performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Studio, and others. Conduct A/B testing on content types and strategies to refine engagement.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience managing social media and video content for a brand, startup, or agency.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube).
  • Experience creating educational or storytelling-driven content (finance industry experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and design skills (experience with tools like Canva and Adobe Suite).

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, personal finance, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Basic animation and motion graphics skills.
  • CFP license or experience in personal finance or life coaching.

Compensation

  • $2,500 - $5,000 per month.
  • Flexible work arrangements based on candidate strengths and availability.
