- Stay on the pulse of the market — spotting trends, uncovering opportunities, and adjusting strategy to keep us ahead.
- Partner with marketing, product, and tech teams to bring aligned, high-performance solutions to the market.
- Be the face of the brand — from trade shows to on-site demos
- Provide regular insights to senior leadership, delivering both performance updates and real-world customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Tech, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years leading sales in the automotive aftermarket, ideally performance-focused.
- Deep product knowledge and credibility within the muscle and performance aftermarket.
- Strategic mindset
- Strong communicator, master negotiator, and natural leader.
- Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Willingness to live life on the road — 65-80% travel required.
