We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Administrator to support our legal and procurement teams in managing the contract lifecycle for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This part-time role is ideal for a proactive professional familiar with DocuSign and modern Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and process a variety of contracts, including NDAs, purchase agreements, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Manage contract workflows using our CLM system to ensure timely approvals, execution, and renewals.
  • Route agreements for signature via DocuSign and maintain records of executed contracts.
  • Track key contract milestones, obligations, and expirations to ensure compliance and timely action.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, procurement, operations, finance) to facilitate contract review and negotiation.
  • Assist with ongoing optimization of contract processes and system configurations.
  • Maintain organized and accurate contract files and databases.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency with DocuSign and at least one CLM platform (e.g., Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractWorks, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, risk mitigation, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting procurement or legal departments.
  • Experience using Evisort is a plus
