Project Manager - Enterprise Reporting Transformation

Location: Hybrid (Remote with some on-site preferred)
Start Date: May 2025

Overview:

An enterprise client is undergoing a major transformation to modernize its management reporting processes by moving from ERP-based reporting to a cloud-based Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help lead and coordinate the implementation efforts across multiple workstreams, including reporting, AI integration, change management, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring all phases of the project are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment on deliverables and project goals.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and regular project meetings.
• Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Oversee the development and deployment of new EPM reporting cubes and AI-driven analytics features.
• Support the execution of change management efforts and training initiatives to ensure successful adoption by end users.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, timelines, dashboards, action logs, and meeting notes.
• Deliver regular updates to executive stakeholders and sponsor teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in enterprise systems, cloud platforms, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with EPM platforms (Oracle or similar) and reporting/analytics technologies.
• Experience with organizational change initiatives and user training rollouts.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience collaborating with consulting firms or third-party vendors.
• Background in financial systems, enterprise reporting, or data analytics.
• Exposure to AI-powered business intelligence or predictive planning solutions.
