Required Skills & Experience
Experience leading or managing AI and/or automation strategy
Familiarity with platforms like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage MSPs and vendor relationships
Strategic thinking with focus on scalability and impact

Desired Skills & Experience
Knowledge of affordable housing, real estate, or social impact organizations
Experience integrating and managing API tools and data collection strategies
Comfort working with Excel, RealPage, and reporting workflows
Proven ability to drive internal adoption of new technologies
