This role will include working with ESRI products, Microsoft Database products, GoToAssist remote software, and PVA data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project implementation, Geographic Information System software, project management, and IT service management. This role requires a proactive individual capable of driving successful projects and collaborating with both GIS and non-GIS employees.

- Providing technical support by phone and/or by remote software
- Create GIS sketch layers to improve building measurement accuracy for PVAs
- Learn and maintain GIS sketching software
- Define, document, and oversee GIS solutions and issues within PVA offices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in GIS (Geographical Information Systems) or related field.
- Experience with project management, and production support activities.
- Proven track record of successfully leading implementation planning for projects and initiatives.
- Strong technical and analytical skills within GIS products.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IT service management principles and frameworks.
- Knowledge of ESRI products: ArcGIS Desktop 10.X and ArcGIS Pro
