One of the country's largest small business platforms is searching for a Customer Success Advocate, Complaints to join the frontline of their Financial Operations team 100% Remotely. In this position, you will be responsible for providing first-level phone and email support to partnered small businesses by answering questions about their loans, financial data, or risk mitigation.

This exciting opportunity to serve as the primary point of financial contact for thousands of small businesses across the country begins as a 6 month, W2 contract that offers full benefits, holidays, and the potential to extend or convert to permanent employment!

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a financial institution or payment provider
  • Experience in customer-facing positions
  • De-escalation, time management, and communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess incoming complaints related to both consumer loans and business loans.
  • Accurately identify the nature of complaints and categorize them appropriately.
  • Investigate complaint details to determine the root cause and assess if they require further action.
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring clear communication and a resolution-oriented approach.
  • Draft and send written responses to customers addressing their concerns and providing solutions, when possible.
  • Offer guidance to customers on available options and the next steps, ensuring their concerns are acknowledged.
