Payroll Associate Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and reconcile bi-weekly payroll
  • Participate in payroll audits, reviews, and verification procedures
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain and update payroll and employee information within ADP Workforce Now
  • Ensure payroll transactions are processed in compliance with internal guidelines and state regulations
  • Provide responsive and helpful support to employees on payroll-related issues
  • Review and execute payroll adjustments as needed
  • Support daily payroll operations and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Perform additional clerical duties related to payroll as assigned

Payroll Associate Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll processing
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Effective at working both independently and collaboratively in time-sensitive environments
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
