Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Ready-to-Wear Sales Specialist to join our team at the Thom Sweeney Flagship in NYC. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in menswear tailoring, a strong understanding of garment construction and fit, and a genuine passion for luxury menswear. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and fostering lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice on Thom Sweeney’s ready-to-wear collection.
- Deliver a high-touch, client-focused service that reflects the values of the Thom Sweeney brand.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up communication.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of mens tailoring, fit, fabrics, and construction techniques.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
- Support store operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, and product presentation.
- Represent the Thom Sweeney brand with professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury menswear, preferably in tailoring or suiting.
- Strong understanding of men’s tailoring, fit, and styling.
- Proven ability to drive sales through clienteling and product knowledge.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a luxury retail setting.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
