Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual with administrative experience to join our team in Aurora. In this role, you will work alongside another Assistant Special Education Coordinator to collaborate and schedule therapeutic services in the school setting.

- 26-30 hours a week
- Mon-Thurs 8-3:00

- Schedule ongoing therapy appointments
- Update EMR and other applications to ensure accuracy with scheduling
- Update spreadsheets with updated information
- Maintain chart documentations and daily reports
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings with support school coordinators
- Assist with any additional tasks as delegated by the Lead Special Education Coordinator
- Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Work and Outlook is a plus.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years of receptionist experience (healthcare field is a plus)
- Demonstrated knowledge of desktop software, including Microsoft Office
